This website, mindaptive.ai, is operated by Mindaptive, obrt za IT usluge, vl. Andrija Juran ("Mindaptive", "we", "us"), Valmade 26, 52100 Pula, Croatia. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@mindaptive.ai.

What we collect and why

When you contact us or book a call

If you book a call through Calendly or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, company, and anything you write in the message or booking notes. We use this to respond to you, prepare for and hold the call, and follow up on your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where we go on to work together, the performance of a contract.

When you browse the site

With your consent, we use the analytics tools listed below to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. These tools run only after you accept them in the consent banner. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see "Your choices").

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

Analytics and third-party tools

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) measures page views and site usage. Until you accept analytics it runs in "consent mode" without cookies or persistent identifiers. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) records anonymised session replays and heatmaps so we can see how pages are used. Loaded only after consent. Microsoft's privacy statement: privacy.microsoft.com.
• RB2B (Retention.com, Inc., United States) attempts to identify which businesses and, where its data permits, which business contacts visit the site, so we can follow up. Loaded only after consent. RB2B's privacy policy: rb2b.com/privacy-policy.
• Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States) provides the booking widget. Data you enter when booking is processed under Calendly's privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy.
• Loom (Atlassian) hosts the demo videos embedded on the site. Loom may set cookies when you play a video.

Cookies

We store one item in your browser ourselves: mindaptive-consent, which remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. The analytics tools above set their own cookies once you accept. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

International transfers

Some of the providers above process data in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider.

How long we keep data

Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Croatian accounting and tax law. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention settings (Google Analytics: 14 months). Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@mindaptive.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr, or with your local supervisory authority.

Your choices

To withdraw analytics consent, clear this site's data in your browser and choose "Decline" when the banner appears again. You can also block these tools with browser settings or extensions; the site works without them.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices or the tools we use change, and update the date at the top.
